Phipps Houses is one of the oldest not-for-profit, owner, developer and manager of affordable housing in NYC.
the renovation project is for a new leasing office to provide struggling families with housing needs. RJSA was challenged to take an enclosed area, an old outdoor space, and transform it into a functional space with unique features.
