OFFICE DESIGN
The Council Speaker
We had the opportunity to design the new District Office for Adrianne Adams, the Speaker of the New York City Council.
This new District Office was designed to accommodate 15 members of staff including the Speaker and the Speaker’s chief of staff, along with a conference room for 10-12 persons, and a security office for NYPD.
PA CLUB ROOM RENOVATION
Rochdale Village
The goal in this renovation is to provide the residents of Rochdale and visitors with up-to-date rooms that could be use all year round for seminars and conferences. The renovated kitchens allow the spaces to be transformed for private events and parties when desired.
