We had the opportunity to design the new District Office for Adrianne Adams, the Speaker of the New York City Council located at Mall 1.
This new District Office was designed to accommodate 15 members of staff including the Speaker and the Speaker’s chief of staff, along with a conference room for 10-12 persons, and a security office for NYPD.

Phipps's New leasing office
Phipps Houses is one of the oldest not-for-profit, owner, developer and manager of affordable housing in NYC. Currently under construction, the renovation project is for a new leasing office to provide struggling families with housing needs. RJSA was challenged to take an enclosed area, an old outdoor space, and transform it into a functional space with unique features.

JIMMERSON HOUSING GARDEN
The goal in this design option is to provide the residents of Jimerson Housing with an outdoor space. Located at the entrance of each building with additional seating and a pergola structure.
