New Façade Violations Portal Launching July 12
The Department of Buildings is launching a new façade violations search portal on Monday, July 12 in DOB NOW: Safety.
The new portal also allows users to submit civil penalty payments or requests to waive civil penalty payments, for Cycle 6 or later, resulting from:
Failure to File or Late Filing of TR6/FISP Report
FISP Failure to Correct SWARMP Conditions
FISP Failure to Correct Unsafe Condition
The last day to submit payments or waiver requests in person, by email, or mail is Thursday, July 8, 2021.
Note: The portal includes only civil penalties related to DOB violations payable to DOB and not OATH/ECB Summons that are paid to OATH.
