NYC Sustainable Buildings Website Launches
The Department of Buildings just launched a new website, NYC Sustainable Buildings.
Designed with owners and property managers of NYC buildings covered by Local Law 97 of 2019, the website provides tools for building retrofits, compliance metrics, and adjustment programs. The website will also have maps with the locations of all large buildings that must meet new greenhouse gas emission limits, energy grades, and water consumption. Find out more.
